HOW TO GET TO LA TOMATINA:

First you have to get to Valencia city and then, from there:

Distance from the airport to the city centre: 8 Km , Approx. cost Airport-Valencia city centre taxi: 14 Euros. From the airport of Valencia you can directly go to the city center from 6 am until 10 pm (frecuency: every 20 minutes, it´s called AERO-BUS). Price: 2,50 € aprox.: Stops: Airport (Departures Terminal)- Av. del Cid with Burgos Street (Local Police Headquarters)- Bailén (G.V.Ramón y Cajal tunnel)- Ángel Guimerá with Juan Llorens Street- Av. del Cid (in front of Local Police Headquarters)- Airport.

How to get hostels accommodation in Valencia.

From Valencia Bus station:
Valencia Bus, the number 8 from Valencia bus station stops on Calle de la Paz, 3 metres from Hostel door.

From the Valencia Train station by underground:
Valencia-Renfe: from Valencia North Station take metro line 3 or 5 at Xativa, to the next stop, Calle Colon and walk to plaza Alfonso el Magnanimo. On the left you will find the Calle de la Paz , Hostel is in number 36.

From the Valencia Train station walking:
From Valencia-Renfe on foot: Turn right onto Calle Xativa, continuing onto Calle Colon, walk to the end of Calle Colon and turn left onto the Plaza Alfonso el Magnanimo. Calle de la Paz is to the left of the square, Hostel is at number 36 on the left hand side.

From Valencia Airport:
The Airport Manises is 8.5 km from Valencia city centre. There is a public bus service which runs from the first floor exit of the airport to the bus station in Valencia, costing 1 Euro and taking about 40 mins. A faster way is the blue Aerobus which takes you to the train station within 15/20 minutes and costs 2.50€. A Taxi to Hostel will cost around 15€.

From Valencia Airport by underground:
From Valencia Airport arrival’s area take metro line 3 or 5 which will take you to the metro stop called Colon. From there, walk to Alfonso el Magnanimo Square. Calle de la Paz is to the left of the square, Hostel is at number 36 on the left hand side.
